教育与工作简历:1998年毕业于云南大学,获学士学位;
2005年毕业于中科院昆明动物研究所,师从张亚平院士,获理学博士学位;
2005年至2011年作为助理研究员、副研究员在中科院昆明动物研究所工作;
2009年至2012年在美国密西根大学从事访问学者/博士后研究,导师:张建之;
2012年4月至2019年11月 四川农业大学 研究员
2019年12月至今 佛山科学技术学院 研究员
主要研究内容和研究成果
综合利用基因组学、转录组学、宏基因组学等方法,从动物自身遗传信息及其共生菌群角度研究动物健康及其环境适应性等问题。近年来,在Nature Genetics,Current Biology等期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文51篇。
教学与人才培养:
承担本科生《动物遗传学》、硕士生《科技论文写作》和《生物信息学》等课程。已经培养出站博士后1名,毕业博士研究生7人,硕士研究生16人。其中1名博士研究生获省级优秀研究生,4名硕士获得校级优秀毕业生,3人获得研究生国家奖学金,5人获得国家留学基金委资助到国外读博士、联培博士或者博士后, 6人获得校级优秀研究生。
社会兼职:
担任中国畜牧兽医学会动物微生态分会常务理事、中国动物学会进化理论专委会常务委员、广东省猪遗传资源委员会委员、Frontiers in Microbiology Associate Editor。
