主要研究内容和研究成果

联合应用基因组学、功能基因组学、宏基因组和代谢组等方法,揭示畜禽重要经济性状形成的多组学基础,通过基因组精准设计育种、关键有益菌群结构调控,提升畜禽生产力和产品品质。

近年来,在Nature Communication, National Science Review等期刊发表论文100余篇,入选ESI全球Top 1%高被引论文1篇。

教学与人才培养:

承担本科生《动物繁殖学》、硕士生《动物繁殖学》等课程。已培养博士后4名;毕业博士研究生8名。毕业硕士20名。博士毕业生3人为副教授职称。
