肠道微生物与宿主协同进化机制；家养动物肠道微生物与重要经济性状形成机制；高效功能益生菌菌株筛选及益生菌作用机制 

教学与人才培养

承担《生物信息学》、《生物统计学》等本科生和研究生课程。
